1. This privacy policy ("this Privacy Policy") must be read together with the Terms and Condition. Unless defined elsewhere, terms in this Privacy Policy shall bear the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.

6. All payment information, apart from payments effected by way of electronic funds transfer, will be captured through the Website through a third-party payment gateway, currently, PayGate. Further, I-Go-Print may retain payment information on behalf of its users.

7.1.1. in relation to the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods;
7.1.2. to contact you regarding current or new Goods or services or any other goods offered by us or any of our divisions, affiliates and/or partners (unless you have opted out from receiving marketing material from us);
7.1.3. to inform you of new features, special offers and promotional competitions offered by us or any of our divisions, affiliates and/or partners (unless you have opted out from receiving marketing material from us); and
7.1.4. to improve our product selection and your experience on our Website by, for example, monitoring your browsing habits, or tracking your sales on the Website;
7.2. Disclose your personal information to any third party other than as set out below:
7.2.1. to our employees and/or third-party service providers who assist us to interact with you via our Website, email or any other method, for the ordering of Goods or when delivering Goods to you, and thus need to know your personal information in order to assist us to communicate with you properly and efficiently;
7.2.2. to our divisions, affiliates and/or partners (including their employees and/or third-party service providers) in order for them to interact directly with you via email or any other method for purposes of sending you marketing material regarding any current or new goods or services, new features, special offers or promotional items offered by them (unless you have opted out from receiving marketing material from us);

We are entitled to use or disclose your personal information if such use or disclosure is required in order to comply with any applicable law, subpoena, order of court or legal process served on us, or to protect and defend our rights or property. In the event of a fraudulent online payment, I-Go-Print is entitled to disclose relevant personal information for criminal investigation purposes or in line with any other legal obligation for disclosure of the personal information which may be required of it.
9. I-Go-Print shall have the right, but shall not be obliged, to monitor or examine any information and materials including any website link that you publish or submit to I-Go-Print for publishing on the Site. You shall be solely responsible for the contents of all material published by yourself.
10. Whilst we will do all things reasonably necessary to protect your rights of privacy, we cannot guarantee or accept any liability whatsoever for unauthorised or unlawful disclosures of your personal information, whilst in our possession, made by third parties who are not subject to our control, unless such disclosure is as a result of our gross negligence.
11. I-Go-Print uses cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information stored on your computer or smart phone by the web browser. The two types of cookies used on the Website are described below:

These permanent cookies are not required for the I-Go-Print website to work, but may enhance your browsing experience.
12. Application of The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 Of 2002 ("ECT Act")
12.1. Data Messages (as defined in the ECT Act) will be deemed to have been received by I-Go-Print if and when I-Go-Print responds to the Data Messages.
12.1.1. Data Messages sent by I-Go-Print to a user will be deemed to have been received by such user in terms of the provisions specified in section 23(b) of the ECT Act.
12.1.2. Users acknowledge that electronic signatures, encryption and/or authentication are not required for valid electronic communications between users and the Company.
12.1.3. Information to be provided in terms of section 43(1) of the ECT Act:
12.1.4. Users warrant that Data Messages sent to I-Go-Print from any electronic device, used by such user, from time to time or owned by such user, were sent and/or authorised by such user, personally.
